Executive summary

Adam Rossi stands out as the top performer, converting a warm lead with a perfect 10 coordinator score and no objections, while Karim Aziz also excelled by handling four warm leads. The biggest gap is Javier Morales, who had a high lead quality score of 7 but received only a 5 from Nadia Toure. Cost and pricing concerns dominate as the most common objection theme, highlighting a need for clearer upfront pricing communication.

Call Analysis

The transcript, scored and explained.

Callix reads the full transcript and hands back a lead quality score, sales agent score, sentiment, missed opportunities, and red flags: the coaching notes a manager would leave, generated automatically.

TranscriptTranslated
Sales agent: Hello?
Lead: Hello.
Sales agent: Hello, good afternoon, Mr. James Coleman. This is Karim Aziz with you, medical advisor from Smile Dent for dental treatments.
Lead: Okay, good.
Sales agent: Um, how are you doing today?
Lead: I'm good, thank you.
Sales agent: We actually received a message from your side on WhatsApp for calling you after 4 PM UK time.
Lead: Yeah, that's correct. I just wanted to know some prices for a full implant, so all on four, top and bottom.

Summary

The agent collected basic information, acknowledged the lead’s existing dental work, and promised a treatment plan and cost estimate after consulting a dentist. The lead agreed to send photos and wait for the detailed document.

Objections

No objections recorded.

Red flags

No red flags detected.

Missed opportunities
Did not discuss pricing or payment options during the call, which could have generated excitement or addressed budget concerns.
Did not create a sense of urgency or mention limited-time offers/promotions.
Did not ask about timeline or deadlines the lead might have for treatment.
Who it's for

Built for the teams the enterprise tools price out.

No seat minimums, no annual-only contract, no marketing department required. You pay for the hours you actually analyse, and the person who owns the phone can run the whole thing.

See what it costs at your volume

SMBs

Five to fifty people, revenue arriving over the phone, and nobody with a spare afternoon to review calls by hand.

Agencies

Prove the leads you sent were real, and show a client exactly where their front desk lost the ones that weren't.

In-house marketing

You already know which campaigns ring the phone. This is the half of the funnel that starts after someone picks up.

Business owners

One login, plain-language scores, and the calls worth listening to picked out for you. No analyst in the middle.

What your team actually gets

Four things change the week you start integrating Callix.

Not features. Outcomes: for the rep on the phone, the manager watching the team, the deal sitting in the pipeline, and the money you spend to get the next lead.

01For the rep

Every call becomes a lesson.

After each call, your rep gets a short debrief: what went well, what went badly, which red flags came up, and one clear thing to do better next time. Plus a score out of 10, so they can see themselves improving week after week.

Agent score
  • Went well
Opened with the customer's problem, not the product.
  • Went badly
Gave the price before showing the value.
  • Red flag
"I need to ask my boss" — no decision maker on the call.

Reps get better without waiting for a manager to find the time.

02For the manager

See every call without listening to any of them.

Open one screen and read what happened on every call your team made today: who they spoke to, what the customer wanted, what went wrong. No more sampling three calls a week and hoping they were representative.

03For the deal

The AI tells you how to close it.

For every open lead, Callix recommends the next move: when to call back, which objection to answer first, what to send. Reps stop guessing, and deals that used to go quiet get picked back up in time.

Next best move

Call James back before Thursday. Lead with the ROI number, not the price. He said "budget" twice — send the payment-plan option.

04For the budget

Know which marketing channel sends real buyers.

Every call is scored and traced back to the campaign that produced it. So you don't just see which channel sends the most leads, you see which one sends leads that actually buy, and you move your money there.

Where this comes from

The engine underneath has been listening for years.

Callix is built by Transgate, on the same transcription engine we've spent years on: 98% accuracy across 50+ languages, an hour of audio turned around in minutes. It already runs in research, healthcare, education, legal, and journalism. Callix is what happened when we stopped at the transcript and started asking what the words were worth.

Coaching your reps can't argue with.

Every score is quoted back to the line in the transcript that earned it, on an engine we've measured at 98% accuracy across 50+ languages. A one-to-one stops being one manager's opinion against one rep's memory.

Enough to change the quarter.

Track every call, coach on what it shows, and close rates move 5 to 10%. Same headcount, same lead flow, same budget: the gain comes from the conversations you were already having.

Cost per call reviewed
$0.33
Cheaper than the click that started it.

A 20-minute call costs about 33 cents to transcribe, score, and coach on. Marketing pays more than that for a single click, on leads that never get reviewed once they reach the phone.

Your questions.
Asked on every call.

Callix doesn’t hand you someone else’s metrics. You decide what to track, how reps are scored, and what a good lead is worth, and every call gets read against exactly that.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Ask anything of every call. Get a straight yes or no.

Tell Callix what matters to you in plain language: "did they mention a competitor?", "was budget discussed?", "did we promise a discount?", and every call gets answered against it, with the timestamp to prove it. No keyword lists, no tagging by hand.

YOUR COLUMNS

Your questions become columns across every call.

The same answers show up two ways: inside each call next to the moment it happened, and as your own columns in the call table. Filter, sort, and export by them: "show me every call where budget came up but nothing was booked" is one click, not a listening session.

YOUR CRITERIA

Score the rep and the lead, by your own rules.

Set the criteria your team is judged on and the weight each one carries. Then score the other side too: how valuable each lead was. One view tells you how your reps are performing, the other tells you which campaigns are actually sending them people worth calling.

Your recordings, your terms

Your calls stay yours.

We don't collect your leads' phone numbers or contact details. Callix works on the conversation itself, turning what was said into scores, insights, and next actions. Your contact list stays in your CRM, out of reach, and never becomes ours. Recordings and transcripts belong to you, are deletable on request, and are never used to train a model.

Common questions

Questions we get asked.

Anyone who records sales calls and wants to convert more of them. If your team already has call recordings and a pipeline you're trying to improve, whether that's a two-person sales floor or a hundred-seat contact centre, Callix works. There's no industry requirement: what matters is that calls are happening and someone wants to close more of them.

Call intelligence is software that reads your calls rather than just storing them. Callix transcribes every call, scores both the lead and the rep against a fixed rubric, and flags the moments that mattered — quoted to the line they happened on — so you learn from all of your calls instead of the handful a manager has time to listen to.

Because one score cannot tell a strong lead that was lost from an ordinary lead that was grown — both land on "didn't close". Callix scores how good the lead was at its best moment in the call, and again at the close. The drop between the two is the squander gap: demonstrated interest your floor gave back. It is only charged to the rep when the rep owns it, so a lead who genuinely can't afford to buy is never reported as a missed opportunity.

Recording software gives you an audio file and a search box. Callix gives you an answer: which enquiries went unbooked, which objection ended the call, which rep needs coaching this week, and what to do about each. If nobody on your team listens back to recordings today, recording software is not the thing you are missing.

Teams whose revenue depends on the phone and whose call volume has outgrown manual review: clinics and healthcare groups, real estate brokerages, insurance agencies, lenders, admissions teams, and contact centres. The common signal is a front desk or sales floor taking more calls than any manager can review.

Callix works from your call recordings, whatever system produced them — there is no new hardware and no change to how your team answers a call. Send a recording with the rep and campaign attached, and the analysis comes back in minutes.

The first full week of calls produces the baseline most teams have never had: how many enquiries actually arrived, and how many ended without a booking or a next step. Recovery queues and scorecards typically follow in weeks two to four.

on autopilot.
